Fowler, the academic specialist at Kingston Springs Elementary School, will replace Ryan Philipp, who will become the academic specialist at Harpeth High School.
Fowler began her Cheatham County teaching career in 2008 at Sycamore Middle School, where she taught eighth-grade Social Studies.
She also taught eighth-grade Social Studies at Cheatham Middle School and served as the Dean of Students at Cheatham County Central High School before joining the KSES staff this year.
A 2003 graduate of Harpeth High School, Fowler majored in History, minored in Education and received her teacher certification at Belmont University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. She also received a Master of Arts in Teaching from Belmont.
In May 2018, she earned her Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Carson Newman University.
