School district hosts annual Math Contest

The annual Cheatham County Math Contest was held Friday, March 22 at Cheatham Middle School.

The event featured the top math students from each school in grades 3, 4 and 5.

The contest would not have been possible without the continued support of Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation, which awarded cash prizes to the winners.

Each elementary school sent their top six math students (three students from third grade and three students from fourth grade). Each middle school sent their top six math students from fifth grade.

Sycamore High School has named the winners of its third annual Night of the Arts.

Guests who attended the March 8 event were able to vote on their favorite art pieces and musical and theatrical performances and art pieces. Congrats to our very talented students!

The employees receive a $25 WalMart gift card that is sponsored by A.O. Smith through the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce.
