
The 5K begins at 9 a.m. and it will be held on the CCCHS campus in Ashland City.
There is no cost to participate, but runners are asked to bring non-perishable canned foods, which will be donated to the Bethesda Center in Ashland City.
CCCHS students have designed a special T-shirt for the race. The cost of the shirt is $10.
Shirts can be pre-ordered starting Nov. 1 through Nov. 11 or can be ordered on race day. Orders will be taken during the school’s basketball tipoff on Nov. 10.
Medals will be awarded to the first-place winner in each age group: 10 and under, 11-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and up.
Snacks and water will be provided.
Registration forms are available on the school’s website at www.cheathamhighccs.net. They can be printed out and brought to the school on race day. Forms will be available on race day as well.
