The Cheatham County UT Extension office recently held their On My Own reality simulation with 7th and 8th grade students at Sycamore Middle School.
Extension agent, April Glover, trained the students prior to the simulation. During their lesson, students were given a scenario, which included a job, marital status, and children. Students budgeted for housing, utilities, food, entertainment, transportation, and savings.
