According to State Board of Education High School policy, TCAP scores shall be 10 percent of a student's grade in the 2016-2017 school year.
However, if a district does not receive its students' TCAP scores at least five instructional days before the end of the school year, the district may choose not to include its students' TCAP scores in the students' final grades.
Interim Director of Schools Stacy Brinkley said the district did not receive students’ TCAP scores. Therefore, the scores will not be factored into students’ grades.
The last full day of school is Wednesday, May 24. Students can pick up their report cards on Friday, May 26 from 8-11 a.m.
