Emily Williams (Pleasant View Elementary) was announced as the first grade winner in the State Fire Marshal’s poster contest.
According to officials, the Fire Marshal’s office received 280 entries this year from 103 different schools statewide.
Each winner will receive a $50 prize check and a certificate of achievement signed by Governor Bill Haslam.
